Thank you for Leading! Leading one of our Communities is more important than you might realize. They are the heartbeat of the Christian life. You are helping create environments where followers of Jesus can grow, where people can be cared for, and where those far from Jesus can find him.

To help you do this, we’ve created five modules to get you started. The first module is introductory but essential. Make sure you start there. The other four will help you become a better follower of Jesus and lead intentionally. These modules will guide you through three dimensions of relational values we live and lead others into: UP, IN, and OUT. UP is about our relationship with Jesus. IN is about our relationships with other followers of Jesus. OUT is about our relationship with those who don’t know Jesus. You’ll find some reflection questions to accompany each video to help you be intentional about your learning and make actionable steps forward. You may find that there is not enough space for your reflections on the page, so please feel free to use them as prompts and process the content in your own journal.
