Your discipleship to Jesus is your primary concern. Let us help you. We’ve gathered a few discipleship resources for you. These resources will give you added tools beyond taking our other Next Steps opportunities and will help you lead yourself into following Jesus.

Your Discipleship Pathway: Gather. Grow. Go.

A simple way to follow Jesus at The Alliance Church—together.

1. Gather

Weekends are the first step in your discipleship journey. When we gather for worship, teaching, and prayer, we turn our attention to Jesus and open our lives to His transforming presence. Gathering is where most people begin—but it’s only the starting point. The next step is connecting with others who can help you follow Jesus beyond Sundays.

2. Grow

Discipleship happens in relationships
The best way to grow as a follower of Jesus is by walking with people who know you, encourage you, challenge you, and help you take your next steps. At The Alliance Church, the two primary ways to build these relationships are: Missional Communities Where you share life, practice spiritual rhythms, study Scripture, pray, and serve your neighbors together.

Serve Teams
Where you use your gifts, build friendships, and join what God is doing in and through our church. Both of these environments are not the end of the discipleship pathway—they’re your launching point. This is where discipleship becomes real, personal, and transformational. Ready to grow in relationship?

3. Go

Following Jesus always leads us outward.

As you gather and grow, you are shaped into someone who brings the Kingdom into everyday life—your workplace, neighborhood, school, relationships, and city.

Going is not an extra step for “advanced” Christians.
It’s the natural result of discipleship: living on mission with Jesus wherever you are. We want to help you:

• Identify your gifts and calling
• Serve people around you with compassion
• Share your faith naturally
• Join God’s mission in your everyday world
